Terms and Conditions

"Content" means courses, lessons, videos, documents, assessments, past questions, live sessions, AI responses, and other materials on the Service.

"User", "you", or "your" means any person who accesses the Service, including students, tutors, and administrators.

"Subscription" means a paid plan granting access to premium features for a defined billing period.

You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian permits your use and accepts these Terms on your behalf.

You agree that registration information is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@concoura.online if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose security risks, or remain inactive for extended periods, subject to applicable law.

Concoura provides online tools to prepare for concours and related entrance examinations in Cameroon, including structured courses, mock exams, past questions, study libraries, live classes, AI tutoring, analytics, and mentorship content.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or events beyond our control may cause temporary outages.

Exam scores, readiness indicators, and AI suggestions are for educational guidance only. They do not guarantee admission to any institution.

Paid features require an active Subscription unless otherwise stated. Prices, billing intervals, and included features are shown at checkout and may change for new purchases with notice.

Payments are processed through third-party providers. You authorize charges for the plan you select, including applicable taxes where required.

Unless stated otherwise at purchase or required by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where we cancel the Service or grant a discretionary credit.

You may cancel renewal through account settings or by contacting support@concoura.online. Access continues until the end of the current paid period.

You agree not to:

Concoura and its licensors own the Service, branding, software, and Content except user-generated submissions. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access Content for personal educational use while your account is in good standing.

By submitting content (e.g. discussion posts, assignment uploads), you grant us a worldwide license to host, display, and process it solely to operate the Service. You represent that you have the rights to submit that content.

You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to the license above. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Feedback you provide may be used to improve the Service without obligation to compensate you.

AI-generated answers may be incomplete or incorrect. Always verify critical facts with official syllabi, textbooks, and qualified instructors.

Do not rely on the AI tutor for medical, legal, or safety-critical decisions. Conversations may be monitored for quality and policy compliance.

The Service integrates third parties (authentication, payments, video, AI). Your use of those features may be subject to their terms. We are not liable for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

Our Privacy Policy at /privacy explains how we handle personal data. It is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

THE SERVICE AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that Content is error-free or that use of the Service will result in examination success or university admission.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW IN Republic of Cameroon, Concoura AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim or (b) ten thousand Central African CFA francs (XAF 10,000), except where liability cannot be limited by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Concoura from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or legal requirements.

Sections that by nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Republic of Cameroon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Parties will attempt to resolve disputes amicably by contacting legal@concoura.online before pursuing formal proceedings. Courts or competent tribunals in Cameroon shall have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding the Service and supersede prior understandings on the same subject.
